Iembarked on my yoga journey five years ago to find ways to calm my mind and challenge my body to do more. My yoga practice is based on inclusivity and guiding my students in a gentle manner so they feel comfortable and safe in the space and on their mats.
During my practice, I encourage students to be present, mindful and honoring their true essence. Leading students to focus on alignment, strength, flexibility and balance is my goal so they can connect deeper with their mind, body and spirit.
When I’m not on my yoga mat, I enjoy travelling and photography.
