Free Initial Personal Training Consultation

The first step is to book a FREE PT Consultation: In-person or Virtual.
During the Consultation, your Personal Trainer will discuss Program Packages, Rates Per Session and your Fitness Goals in more detail.
We will also be conducting a body composition checklist, medical conditions/limitations screening and a lifestyle analysis.
 
We will find the program package that suits your needs best!

Biomechanical Evaluation

Upon selecting the best personal training package that fits your goals, we will proceed with your next appointment: Biomechanical Evaluation. This is a mandatory appointment for everyone prior to any training.
 
The Biomechanical Evaluation will dictate your fitness level and/or any limitations you may have. It will be a baseline for your coach to know your body prior to any training. The results are then used to create your Personalized Periodized Program Plan.
 
Assessments:
  • Body Composition (Body Weight, Body Fat, Muscle Percentage, Water Levels, Bone Density and more)
  • Biomechanical Analysis
  • ROM (range of motion) Testing
  • Performance Tests (Endurance, Strength, Power, Cardiovascular and Isometric)
  • MMC Test (Mind-Muscle Connection)
  • Injury / Pain Assessment
