Meet 14-year-old Alayna, one of my amazing teen girls in Muay Thai.

Coaching teen girls is hands down one of my greatest passions.

Whether they’re 6, 14, or 45 years old, I have been all in for over a decade when it comes to helping women build strength, confidence, and badass baddie aura! . But there’s something truly special about working with teen girls.

I love teaching them body confidence and showing them what their bodies are capable of. I love making them stronger, mentoring them, and creating a space where they feel heard, valued, and empowered. They share stories about school, life, and everything in between—and I’m here to guide them with leadership and support.

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with being cute and girly, but being fierce gives you a completely different kind of energy. That’s the energy I bring to my teen girls’ classes, and it’s what I see in every one of them as they grow stronger and more self-assured.

Confidence isn’t just about feeling good—it’s a shield. It protects them in ways they’ll carry for life. And if their confidence doesn’t protect them? Well, I’ve taught them how to defend themselves like total badasses. They’ll know how to kick ass anytime, anywhere.
