Ladies-Only Muay Thai Classes - Sharif Fitness

Ladies-Only

No experience required. Class is exclusively designed for beginners. 

Named after the Tibetan Budha-saviour, this is a very introductory course focusing on basic foundational Muay Thai Training in a Female Only environment! Learn authentic Muay Thai & Self-Defense techniques in a supportive environment free of judgement & intimidation! Led by a female Coach: Shazia J. Sharif. Burn Fat, Tone Muscles, Get Stronger, Boost stamina, Build Confidence, Have Fun and learn how to defend yourself with our Ladies-Only Muay Thai Classes!

Our beginner-friendly mat class will have you feeling like a rookie and a vet as you learn the classical Joseph Pilates Return to Life exercises. 
Deepen your Pilates practice in this 1-hour full-body exercise and learn the correct technique, breathing and purpose of each move while strengthening and sculpting your core.

Shred and pump your way to the top. This 45-minute mat class provides an interval-style training targeting your core and glutes using a combination of light and body weight. Standing modifications are provided throughout this class for those with knee sensitivities or simply by preference.

Start strong and wake up with the sun in our 60-minute morning Pilates flow. This mat class delivers a high energy full-body workout combining basic moves with high reps and circuits to help you get the most of each rep. Kick-start your day as you strengthen, sculpt, and sweat your way through a series of mat variations targeting each area of the body while burning through a vintage playlist of old school reggae, soca, R&B and hip hop.

Turn up the heat as you stretch, sculpt, strengthen and sweat your way through a 1-hour total body hot Pilates mat workout combining high-reps and timed intervals using a variety of props to help build muscle and increase endurance in our heated yoga realm. Standing modifications are provided throughout this class for those with knee sensitivities or simply by preference.

A beginner friendly gently intuitive group class that features personal modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, spirit and breath. All are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it.
