Passionate about sustained eating and daily movement, Michelle is a Certified Nutrition Coach and Pilates Instructor. “I started going vegan and doing Pilates at home when the gyms closed down in Covid and continued on ever since but I’m also a really busy person. Pilates really helps to manage my wellbeing and mental health – creating time and space each day to honour my mind and body through daily movement is what keeps me going and so happy to share it with you.”
When she’s not the mat or creating vegan food content, Michelle is anywhere outdoors.
